Great community to a degree, addresses player concerns so long as it’s beneficial.
|
If you submit a ticket that does not directly affect the entire community they will have you waiting for 5 months or longer some people are still waiting and it’s been 1 year. They say they are investigating and they can’t update you so you have to hope 1 day you wake up and your issue is fixed even after you’ve spent X amount of money for 15 years. Yet they say they pride themselves on player satisfaction is their end game. They refuse to compensate as well.

The copy paste responses are so obvious, take care of the players who helped take care of you guys from the beginning it’s sad players from 2008 are suffering because you guys don’t care enough to at the very least be transparent no issue requires 1 year or even 5 month investigation.
