<p><u><b>Job Description</b></u></p><ul><li>Garantir todo o processo de adoção de novas peças no sistema de Bill of Material, alinhando com as áreas da planta.</li><li>Realizar acompanhamento criterioso de cada pedido de modificação do produção (D/Note) até a definição da data de adoção.</li><li>Buscar antecipar adoções que representem redução de custos (por mudança de fornecedor, material ou consignação), controlando os riscos do processo.</li><li>Após definição de data de adoção de uma nova peça, acompanhar todo o processo de preparação das peças por parte do fornecedor até expedição e, posteriormente, recepção na planta.</li><li>Acompanhar os feedbacks de outras áreas com relação as preparações de adoções, tratando os inconvenientes e dificuldades para adoção, com senso adequado de elevação hierárquica de problemas.</li><li>Liderar reuniões, pilotar novos projetos, ou problemas críticos do departamento com destreza.</li><li>Analisar de maneira proativa os riscos de obsoletos e tomar ações que contribuam para evitar estes e outros custos.</li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Experiência: </b></u></p><ul><li>3 - 5 anos de experiência.</li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Formação Acadêmica:</b></u></p><ul><li>Ensino superior Completo nas áreas de: Engenharia ou Administração.</li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Idioma:</b></u></p><ul><li>Ingles avançado (indispensável)</li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Cursos e conhecimentos específicos: </b></u></p><ul><li>Excel avançado</li></ul><p></p><p><i>- Nissan hires based on the fulfillment of the job profile in the vacancy, without distinction or discrimination based on gender, gender identity and/or expression, sexual orientation, race, color, language, religion, political or any other opinion, national or social origin, economic position, birth or any other condition.</i></p><p></p>Resende Rio de Janeiro Brazil

Trabalhar em equipe com ética e disciplina.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Atribuições:</b></p><ul><li>Executar reparos em pintura, carroceria e montagem;</li><li>Garantir a inspeção, remoção de defeitos superficiais e polimento das partes defeituosas;</li><li>Efetuar retoque de pequenos e grandes defeitos;</li><li>Verificar as carrocerias inspecionadas e retrabalhadas no “spot repair”.</li><li>Garantir a qualidade da produção respeitando as regras de autocontrole e a Folha de Operação Standard;</li><li>Controlar equipamentos de manuseio, dentro do seu posto de trabalho;</li><li>Realizar manuseio de produtos químicos com equipamentos de proteção individual e ferramentas;</li><li>Realizar reparos/manutenção e controle de qualidade de 1º nível;</li><li>Ser participativo em reparos de instalações e operante a equipamentos com alta temperatura; </li><li>Propor melhorias contínuas;</li><li>Exercer com responsabilidade as tarefas inerentes ao posto de trabalho (lixamento, polimento, retoque);</li><li>Garantir o cumprimento das normas de Meio Ambiente no local de trabalho;</li><li>Garantir a conservação do patrimônio da empresa;</li><li>Participar de formações adotadas pela empresa; </li><li>Respeitar as condutas e regras de segurança;</li><li>Manter o seu posto de trabalho limpo e organizado; </li><li>Ser flexível para trabalhar em demais postos.
