Trabalhar em equipe com ética e disciplina.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Atribuições:</b></p><ul><li>Executar reparos em pintura, carroceria e montagem;</li><li>Garantir a inspeção, remoção de defeitos superficiais e polimento das partes defeituosas;</li><li>Efetuar retoque de pequenos e grandes defeitos;</li><li>Verificar as carrocerias inspecionadas e retrabalhadas no “spot repair”.</li><li>Garantir a qualidade da produção respeitando as regras de autocontrole e a Folha de Operação Standard;</li><li>Controlar equipamentos de manuseio, dentro do seu posto de trabalho;</li><li>Realizar manuseio de produtos químicos com equipamentos de proteção individual e ferramentas;</li><li>Realizar reparos/manutenção e controle de qualidade de 1º nível;</li><li>Ser participativo em reparos de instalações e operante a equipamentos com alta temperatura; </li><li>Propor melhorias contínuas;</li><li>Exercer com responsabilidade as tarefas inerentes ao posto de trabalho (lixamento, polimento, retoque);</li><li>Garantir o cumprimento das normas de Meio Ambiente no local de trabalho;</li><li>Garantir a conservação do patrimônio da empresa;</li><li>Participar de formações adotadas pela empresa; </li><li>Respeitar as condutas e regras de segurança;</li><li>Manter o seu posto de trabalho limpo e organizado;                                </li><li>Ser flexível para trabalhar em demais postos.
