Poor management, racist, and not open for international environment. Not fare of judgement. Safety is very poor when it's comes to passenger request. Not recomend to work with if you are not speaking japanese including passenger you may have a difficult time if they have to choose someone to help first, they will choose Japanese and ignore foreigner.
