Lackluster at best
|
While my direct manager was great, the overall treatment for US employees was extremely poor. Health benefits were average at best, absolutely no tuition reimbursement and they are a okay lying to you about it, pay is far below average for the industry, and decisions seemed to be based on what the CEO grew up liking rather than on data or strategy. Acquired teams were all but abandoned, and getting any information regarding promotions was borderline impossible. Also the type of company that tells you they've got record profits, but they can't afford to give anyone except the C suite an annual bonus.

Toxic working environment and terrible management
|
This company does not value its employees and benefits are nothing. Apart from that, you will have to put up with terrible decisions or policies from upper management levels. In terms of career progression, there is zero room for it. Also the company culture is not inclusive at all and there is few social eventings to go to. In all, please walk away from this company.
