The CFO has been sanctioned for harassment, and he and his inner circle remain with the company.
The CEO shows up at the office a couple of times a year.
Having an absent CEO who has little idea of what happens with the business, a harasser CFO, and an HR team with no head (all leads get kicked out within months, like the last one that lasted 6 months), makes it a nightmare place to work.
Do not believe of the values and "culture", expect to be treated unfairly
