There are great initiatives that are placing Tripadvisor in the forefront of travel and technology that will give travelers great reason to use its platform. People are generally excellent to work with and are highly qualified. A lot of superb product managers, engineers, data science, and analysts across the business. Senior leaders struggle to work together and the undercurrent of politics is really distracting at that level.
