Alot of drama between coworkers but overall an amazing experience

Alot of standing and moving around. No real family. Drama everywhere you went. I was not allowed to talk to certain people at the workplace because of different job titles.

I enjoyed the environment. You don’t really have much room for growth in the beginning but it seemed like if you showed dedication you would eventually get taken seriously. The salon wasn’t my favorite due to the lack of customers that came in but I do think it depends on what town you’re in.

pay sucks, managers def pick favorites and over use workers. there’s no chance of full time unless your management which is very hard to get into. i do love my coworkers and the guests who come in and i’ve definitely expanded my beauty knowledge!

Overall the physical work isn't bad but the disorganization, customers and drama amongst staff makes it almost unbearable. Add the low pay, lack of benefits and no option for full-time and it's a really bad place to work.
