Easy-going workplace but much turnover

In the time I was there many people were in and out, and they rushed me to get training done. However it wasn't too hard to learn how to run, but scam calls happen often and you do work alone.

I know people like to complain about GameStop, and it is very sales-heavy, but it's not much worse than any other retail job. The day-to-day can become boring and repetitive, but again, I think that's just characteristic of retail jobs.

Ambiente di lavoro stressante, non per i colleghi che sono state persone piacevoli, cordiali e pronte a darti una mano in ogni momento, ma i KPI cari miei... LE PELLICOLE, non i videogiochi, console, joypad, ASSOLUTAMENTE NO. Vendi un gioco? "ma la garanzia al signore non la proponi? e la pellicola?", vendi una console "eh ma senza estensione di garanzia che la vendi a fare? e la pellicola?". Pellicole, pellicole ed ancora pellicole, da proporre anche a poveri vecchietti in carrozzina perchè sono soldi e così non ti stressano l'anima sui gruppi whatsapp ogni giorno perchè sui KPI siete in negativo. Truffe ai clienti in cui si extravalutano a loro insaputa i giochi che portano in permuta in modo tale da potergli mettere in maniera fittizia una pellicola sul cellulare di cui il povero cliente in questione non sa nulla magari utilizzando le GSPRO di altra gente. truffa. L'area manager? Una disgrazia. Sgarbato, incompetente e maleducato. State alla larga da questa gente. Fatevi un piacere.
