Once hired you must complete their training programs (6-10 months) in order to be eligible for promotion. These are not certifications you can carry into your resume as they are internal use only.

They make billions but refuse to give decent raises in the last 2 years I gained $1.66 an hr. They withheld bonuses without an explanation. Forced us to work 32 hr work week for months. All they care for FORBES 100 list. Then they bring a sustainment team around just to inform you about how great the company is doing and all these charities they donate to, but can't take care of the employees during the most expensive year in everyones life.
