ImageSoft also look internally before reaching out to fill position. - Every employee has the ability to move up within the organization. - ImageSoft pays their employees well and offers bonuses - You feel like you are a part of a team. - Even with the changes to the organization due to Covid, ImageSoft has an internal team (C.A.R.E.S) to keep everyone engaged with fun non-work related activities and events. Honestly there really isn't much to say in regards to cons for ImageSoft. Its still work and their are deadlines associated with work. You have the occasional difficult customers and tight deadlines, however, ImageSoft works through these as a team and recognizes those efforts above and beyond when employees have to put in extra time. ImageSoft has a well rounded Work-Life Balance culture and works with you if project work is getting overbearing. Leadership is very accessible and always willing to jump in and help when needed. There are not a lot of walls and employees have many opportunities for leadership and can take initiative on items they feel passionate about. The office also offers many generous perks with free food, soda, coffee and workout facilities and training classes. Leaders are extremely knowledgeable and are more than willing to mentor/share with employees making it the ideal environment for entry-level employees looking to gain technical and professional experience. Owners and employees are treated equally. As the company grows, leaders are always listening for new ideas and ways to improve, so it's been a pleasure seeing how the processes continue to evolve over the last few years. ImageSoft's standard of handling projects and customers is professional as well as compassionate. The people here are awesome, I enjoy the strong relationship across my team and different departments. Work-life balance and personal well-being is definitely encouraged throughout the entire company - they hold wellness challenges, have a small office gym, and offer free fitness classes. Superiors always wanted the best for their employees and would work around my schedule to make sure that I not only stick around, but that I was happy with the workplace as well.
