Disappointing Leadership and Lack of Empathy from Former CEO

Working at Kibo with Ram as CEO sort of just went down the drain. There were tremendous amounts of changes with a lot of people being let go every 2-3 months.
I just remember attending a townhall meeting and the discussion was about the negative reviews on glassdoor that were directed towards the CEO and was told to take the reviews down. Glassdoor is a place for people to express the positive or negative experiences from the company.
Yes I happened to get laid off and for about 5 months while looking for a new role, I never received any guidance, which obviously doesn't need to be given by from the CEO.
However, if a CEO truly cared about his former employees, I'd assume that if one of their former employees secured employment after a pretty lengthy time, and your CEO viewed your profile, it'd make sense for him to comment something like, "congratulations on your new job" or "your new company is lucky to be adding a great candidate" something along those lines.
Instead of extending a simple congratulations or expressing any form of acknowledgment, Ram chose to merely view my LinkedIn profile. This behavior speaks volumes about his lack of consideration for the efforts and achievements of former employees.
Furthermore, I honestly feel like Ram's leadership style has fostered an environment of favoritism and discrimination. To where Non-Indian employees often feel sidelined and undervalued, contributing to a culture of resentment and division within the company.
In addition to these concerns, the lack of vertical movement opportunities and inadequate communication channels have hindered employee growth and productivity. Important information is frequently scattered or inaccessible, making it difficult for employees to perform their roles effectively.
Overall, I feel like the leadership has felt very lacking, with lack of vertical movement and especially when it comes to job security, I feel like it just isn't it here at Kibo.
