LOTS of micromanaging and Management talks down to its employees like they are stupid. Zero training for the job.
Management and Leadership do not listen clients needs and wants to supply good customer service.
HR is EXTREMELY rude.
HIGH turnover and go reasons why. Stay clear from this company. There is much better out there.

Toxic environment with awful leadership that doesn't care. Everything changed after Kevin Clark left and the new CEO took over. John Martins doesn't care about the employees. There is no recognition for hard work, excelling the metrics, birthdays, holidays, and much more. It's a revolving door for new hires that they turn around and "lay off" or fire but hire more the next month... There is no one to advocate for you or appreciate your hard work. They expect you to work 7 days a week, after hours and "cry in the shower daily" due to stress. They just hired a new senior Director of recruitment who had no experience in travel nursing... I bet he came in making $400k plus because he's friends with Marc Krug. This place is disgusting... I do not recommend any one to work here.
