In the beginning it was good.

What I liked. It was the first sales job I had where women ( coworkers) supported each other and cheered you on. They totally knew how to motivate you with money and the money was good.

You can read on with the reviews left by "disgruntled" employees that were laid off because of their poor performances and lazy attitude or you can read this true review of a company that I actually still work for. I've worked for this company for many years. I'm one of just a few. Those that have left reviews prior to this are just disgruntled because they were given chance after chance to better their performances and instead chose to stay lazy mooching off of the company...So of course, they were laid off. You can see their bitterness below in their reviews. They should have been laid off much sooner. The truth of the matter is that this company IAW provides tremendous value and benefit for Women wanting great networking, education, events, mentorship, ecoaching and a plethora of numerous items to choose from. Go to a chapter meeting in your state and see what I mean. The proof is in the pudding. Wonderful Women! Great Benefits! Value!

Rebranded with a new name- still NAPW

I started working with NAPW in 2013 back when they had some modicum of integrity. Little did I know what I got into. Deceptive sales practices, blatant favoritism, however back then under Matt Proman ( who also has questionable character, google him) there was money to be made. They actually offered things like conferences women could attend etc.

Sold the company to corporate leech PDN and it has gone downhill. Mass layoffs, garbage leads, misleading women into spending hundreds and thousands in fake networking. Now they’ve changed their name from NAPW To IAW but still the same garbage company it always has been.

The product is sold over the phone to uninformed customers for an astronomical price, and the management gets in the way of you doing your job properly. Throughout training, you learn a lot about how to sell the memberships, but very little about what the memberships actually entail. If you're a new employee, all of your leads will be months old with over 45 calls on their log. When you can't get them on the phone, let alone sell to them, management will insist you're 1. not calling fast enough, 2. not being patient, 3. bad at closing. You get talked down to a lot and management insist they want to help you, but when you tell them what you need they are unable to provide support. Ultimately, this company makes money off uninformed customers being scammed by uninformed employees about a product worth less than they're selling it for. IAW is no different than NAPW.
