My #1 favorite Pro.... was the Load Board, made it -TONS, easier to plan trips and the week. I had 4 Driver Managers in the 4 yrs I was there. 3 were great, while 1 - not so great. Never had an issue getting home time. Even with a death in the family - I was home within 24 hrs of notifying my DM.

Pay was a little lower than comparable sized trucking companies, but there - ARE, worse paying companies out there.
