A pro used to be 3 days of working from home but that is no longer along with less flexibility. You have a lot of turnover for reason that most departments are overworked. Top executives refuse to see that the company is growing and won’t dip into their pockets to hire more people. Pay is also low and raises are subject to the whim of the CEO. Culture and employee values are not taken into consideration by the CEO or top officials. Raises weren’t even raises this year and become less and less. We hear all the time about employees being valued but where is that in company actions? No where.
