JCP just never bounced back.

There is always something more to learn or progress. My team is awesome. The employees are really friendly.

Ever since there bankruptcy they have restarted extremely disorganized, they downsized departments and teams so the knowledge and the history of how we did things 15 years ago was lost and trying to rebuild their rebuilding on people who don't know what they're doing. It's stressful, it's confusing, and even if you think you're doing it correctly they will give you bad reviews and not give you room for growth. Everything is you learn on your own. Pays decent but it's standard. I would not recommend working there.
