With more than 16 years’ experience in the AEC industry, XS CAD is a leading provider of high-quality, cost-effective pre-construction planning and virtual design construction (VDC) services such as 2D CAD drafting, 3D modelling, visualisation, prefabrication drawings/models and BIM solutions to global retailers, homebuilders, architects, engineers and general contractors, through our international team. Our customers are based in the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, and in most cases, we have continued serving our customers for almost a decade, as an integral part of their design team and their overall design workflow. We use Autodesk technology, such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, 3DS Max and Graphisoft ArchiCAD technology for drafting, modelling, clash detection and prefabrication. We use AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, Camel / Trace and DIALux for MEP design engineering services. We also use a range of rendering tools and software, including 3DS Max, VRay, photoshop and CorelDRAW to produce photo-realistic rendered images. To enable multi-team, multi-location co-sharing of project data, we use work-sharing and file-sharing tools, such as BIM 360 design (C4R). As a member of NASSCOM, FIEO and the Autodesk Developer Network, we retain our competitive advantage because of our rigorous approach to quality. We maintain strong policies for client IP protection, legal compliance, HR and data security. In addition, XS CAD has been awarded a ‘CRISIL MSE 1’ rating by CRISIL, an S&P global company, which indicates the highest credit worthiness in relation to other MSEs.
