Goede primaire en secundaire voorwaarden, en aandacht voor de medewerker (CAO, sociaalplan en ook welzijnsprogramma's etc) waar ook steeds beter wordt geluisterd naar de stem van de medewerker. Verder fijne bevlogen en betrokken collega's die echt wat willen bijdragen voor de klant. Zou fijn zijn als er een centrale locatie komt in Utrecht. Verder is KPN een grote organisatie, met veel verschillende onderdelen. Dat moet je liggen.
