There is no paid time off or paid holidays. The job will involve receiving client requests on Vanguard's software and following processing procedures to complete the request. Each task is expected on average to be done within a certain timeframe based on the transaction type, which will then be rated at the end of each day. It's an alright job, but doesn't pay enough. The remote nature of the work is a significant perk. Work on variety of clients and industries. Have had several layoffs in recent years though, with misleading direction about potential of being rehired. Sometimes siloed on individual account or team. Not real clear way of getting moved form contract to associate. Company keeps it ambiguous. Many team leads/managers not as experienced as the recruiters on their teams. Strict rigid schedules, you logg on when they say you need to, don't leave early, and have to alert them if you step away to use the restroom. using PTO is very difficult as it apparently can be denied just because. management is very unprofessional. First week of training and the trainer wanted access to my personal email, as in take control of my computer and rummage through my personal email account. um. no. the contract was forcallcenter work, wich the recruiter never specified it would be phone heavy, and focused on useless metrics. The recruiter had presented it as a primarily dask based data entry role. For the amount of stress, they pay very little at $16 an hour for the record, the client company had the same post listed as double that.) They make it very clear, that YOU are not the client, you are the PRODUCT they are selling. Dann bei Kündigung haben sie ein halbes Jahr die Papiere nicht geschickt dass ich ein halbes Jahr ohne Geld da stand. Dass mein Vermieter davon nicht begeistert war brauche ich nicht zu erwähnen! Erst als ich mit dem Anwalt gedroht habe wurde meine Arbeitsbescheinigung geschickt! Schön das Leben versaut! Für mich hochgradig gefährlich diese Firma! Nichts!
