Good company, fun culture but not super challenging

Good purpose and product. Not too many meetings. Fair salary. Relatively social culture if you want to engage in that side of it.

From my experience, people take it pretty easy at 3P therefore not a super challenging work environment.

The people are really lovely on the whole and most of them (including managers) are really approachable for the most part. It's nice to work for an education company and to see how the products positively impact children's learning. The pay is somewhat decent.

Not much progression, ideas don't always feel like they're heard, can feel very salesy at times which isn't for everyone.

Managers need to be more open to listening to employee's ideas and this can feel a bit frustrating, especially as it's an education company which should thrive off innovation. More scope for progression and clearer-cut career paths should be encouraged.
