It was an amazing experience to be able to work with schools and kids. The product was slow to evolve and meet the demands of the clients. The best part of the job is to be able to work with the schools directly and to see the impact of the program. The hardest part of the job would be to try to make an impact in the culture of the office or even to be recognized for your achievements. The Canadian office is often looked over and requests for change are often left unanswered by local management and global. If you are looking to grow into a different role or progress your career, this is not the place to work.
