Team coworkers were good people. Mostly. Pays the bills in a bad economy.
|
Overtime was expected. Weekends were expected. Stocktake was expected. Pay was below average. Overworked, and never got a single word of appreciation from supervisors. Favouritism and discrimination were commonplace. Management doesn't listen to staff feedback. Threats made to subordinates poorly masked as jokes. Many of my coworkers and myself developed mental afflictions due to environment and culture.
