Nice staff members, staff discount has improved dramatically. It's a pretty quiet store so the job isn't too overwhelming unless they are understaffed.
|
Some staff have been there way too long, set in their ways and cannot adapt to change. Management can be passive aggressive, but nice enough most of the time. There is little praise for good work, just focusing on any negatives they can find. Hours are so restricted you can barely get any work. No opportunities to progress, management are all hired externally.

Improve morale by encouraging and praising good work, listen to staff when there are issues/complaints, allow for flexibility to make small changes. You can still show kindness when being honest and upfront with employees without being blunt and/or passive aggressive.
