Toxic culture amongst senior management which has ended with good people leaving the business. Product manufacturing is unpredictable and has issues over and over. Sales training is like used car sales. They have no values.

Worst instance of workplace politics ever encountered. There is a lot of perceptions created around looking after staff and putting in measures to treat staff better but in reality these are little more than some emails and superficial meetings, when a team member genuinely needs support management won't provide it.
The company management continually go round in circles and never focus on pure strategy.
Very little trust in team members to do jobs they were hired for, almost every role is extremely micromanaged.
Blame culture is prominent I don't think I ever saw an instance of someone taking responsibility for a project or even a small error and owning the resolution, the preference would be to spend hours sending emails and arranging meetings to establish a person at fault rather than just fix the issue.
