sales has good commission, however not so much after post covid.
If you have good rapport with your prop, you can level up yourself.

Not allowed to wfh, contracted to work 40hr weeks not 38.
Top down structure, a lot of red tape and no innovation.
Manager for Design department is emotionally volatile and has incredibly low stress tolerance. Does not respect her employees, when she’s not yelling she’s being passive aggressive.
Bad management however HR won’t do anything about it because of top down structure.
Horrible place to work for your mental health. Not worth any amount of money.
