Stressful, some staff are nice, but you also need to be careful dealing with sneaky staff. Management constantly stress you out for the sales goal. Overall not recommended

You work very long hours and are always expected to work weekends. The incentive is good but only if you sell well. Management can be difficult sometimes as people are always moved around and transferred

Fun but tiring
|
I got an email from them about a job opportunity for a Sales Professional position. They contacted me for an initial interview then they contacted me for a final interview. The interview was quite chill and I was hired right after the interview. The training was intense and it was kind of overwhelming for someone like me who has no Jewelry selling experience, It was kinda cool wearing those business attire/executive look but that didn't justify on what you are paid for. Although you can get an extra bonus, but you insanely need to work it out to get that bonus. It's so tiring to stand all day but it's kinda rewarding when you hear people heartwarming stories and be able to not just sell them but to put smile on their faces. Managers from Mayfair were absolutely supportive and helpful. Although my stay fell short, but it was a good experience to consider. Thanks Mayfair Team! You're the best. :)
