Terrible work culture
|
I enjoyed the work itself, helping a range of different customers with different inquiries was enjoyable and I miss it. But I had to leave due to the amount of stress placed on us by managers and higher staff. Managers will micromanage you, will secretly pick on you and make sure to make your work experience insufferable until you decided to quit. Ever since then I've had PTSD from working in corporate environments. Nab is always hiring because staff always leave. Terrible workplace.

Great place to work and meet people

Fun team environment and the load is balanced. I've learned a lot about banking and gained a lot of skills. I've felt with customers and business banking managers. The hardest part of the job was when we had new business loans introduced and we had to explain them to some managers because they didn't I understand. Our management team was ok, they had their favorites which I didn't like

Good culture, poor training
|
Have started with a career train to nab and have been there for 18 months. The culture is good (nothing great) but the training is awful.
Was hired knowing I had no experience and quickly thrown in front of customers without knowledge.
