Everything via git repos. I've seen good engineers wanting to step up their careers and learn to be team leads. That's part of the "growth" path in the company, by the way, but you must "prove" yourself first. So, I've seen people being given responsibilities and decision-making power, which is then completely shut down by the managers to whom they report, over and over again. I've seen at least two people like this, who eventually left the company frustrated. The company is not in great financial shape right now.
