Enjoyable but absolutely doesn't care for employees.

Once you find who you work best with life is easier. Mostly really friendly people just a large place and you can easily be forgotten.
|
Endless meetings, no outcomes (ok they are rare), everything gets put on ice or budgets slashed but still want the same results.
Burn and churn culture.
Not a lot of progression or development unless you force it and even then, only if you are one of the few lucky ones who has someone in an authority position that will back you...'rare'!
Really it's a "shut up and put up with it" type environment.
Besides that, I love it.

People first culture is definitely required.
You are losing so much actually talent and passionate people and the ones who don't really do much are 'safe' because of who they know... It's really a horrible culture to be in. Now that Peter is in the CEO chair I see only robots meeting the criteria as the company has lost soul and sight of the human workplace experience.

Where do we start… all for positive change but not at the expense of peoples mental health. Everyday is a roller coaster, people being told to speak up then being shown the door or pushed sideways for speaking up. Not a safe environment for anyone and bosses will do nothing about it.
