Great perks, very low pay and little respect from other departments. High work load and change of management resulted in unrealistic expectations. Co-worker's made it worthwhile. Good for a young person as the low pay rate was abysmal.

Overall absolutely wonderful place to work. Great mix of people...great mix of workers from all walks of life and livelihood. Everyone was very accomodating,welcoming and friendly.
There are a vast majority of work types.
Down to earth smoothness was very appealing making the run of the workload achievable with high achieved results.

Great team under a strange company.

My time at Village wasn't bad, helped mostly by a fantastic manager who, to date, is one of the kindest and fairest I have ever worked under.
Unfortunately, the company itself was very old fashioned and unnecessarily hierarchal in places it would benefit the company more to not be. The work itself was easy enough, but a little monotonous.
Our team was made redundant, which has left a sour taste in my mouth for this company, but whilst working there, the work, while unfulfilling, was supported well enough within the team, and is far from the worst job I have ever held.

Great place to work and staff and also great friendly work environment. Staff were helpful, only thing would be the short shift hours but understanding why they were short in off season

Great place to work if you’re after work life harmony. Three different shifts gives you a lot of your day off still. Great managers and 2Ic’s, great crew and environment to work in and lots of steps if you’re after fun and fitness while getting paid. Highly recommend
