When you're flavour of the month (making the company money through poor sales practices, misleading, unethical and pushy tactics, whilst saying all the right buzz words to stroke the ego of the powers who pushed you through bully tactics to conforming to the aforementioned disgusting expectations in your demonstrated "leadership"), these were the times that you were made to feel on top of the world. Making big commissions and making the company proud. Whenever you share an unpopular opinion, or just an opinion that you haven't been told you are allowed to have, you're considered to be in breach of the "vita values". To seek support is essentially to be asking for a step down to a lesser responsibility and to be ignored by leadership. The exceptional leaders in the business who went against this trend were fast managed out. So much talent in this organisation that's neglected and so many amazing people who compromise and sacrifice their happiness and confidence. Western Australia's state GM happens to be the most proud of himself, in all his hopeless glory. Absolute glutton of a human who demands praise and worship from his subordinates. He doesn't possess the capability or the capacity to lead himself to a salad bar let alone the ability to lead an entire state.
