Wonderful people, decently solid company

The people around me were amazing. Above me, somewhat the same most of the time, though things shifted constantly over my time and there was a decent amount of self-reliance during changeovers. Pay was lower than one would expect, especially for the place we live.

Straight off the cliff and into oblivion
|
It started great with decent pay and benefits.
Now it's a nightmare. Unrealistic and unbelievably high targets. Terrible backstabbing demeaning, micromanaging managers.
It's a stressful, awful disgusting place to work.
The people in CX are lovely, can't say the same about the awful leaders and management.
Avoid like the plague

Overall a good company to work for with lots of perks and good people to work with.
Organisationally going through lots of change which means lots of uncertainty.
Leadership also seems disconnected from day to day challenges teams face.

No work culture when you are working remote. There is no humane communications, just work and meetings. It is funny to ask about culture at such workplaces.
