It's a disgraceful cult place to work

Mostly well-designed spaces to work in. Usually good camaraderie amongst sales consultants.
|
Everything else, controlling and manipulative, never hearing your opinions. Management is horrible. They micromanage everyone and complain about everything without even doing the bare minimum chores and setting the example. There is a serious lack of trust and respect when it comes to sickness and days off as you will be questioned whether you are really sick, or be contacted on days off. Avoid this company as they now prioritize profit and lose their human side.

The salary offered by the company was acceptable.

The company was a mess! Inventory was always out of whack, systems constantly crashed, and communication between departments was like a game of telephone - nothing ever came out clear. Working there wasn't worth the stress and frustration. They'd rather impress rich clients than value their own employees.

Don't even bother trying to look for any pros. There is an employee discount, but most employees wouldn't be able to afford any of the clothes Brunello Cucinelli sells anyway.

This a true grind. They don't value you.
|

By the time I left, the only pro was the fact I got a paycheck and insurance.
|
Consultants are overworked and underpaid. I was having daily panic attacks from the workload and lack of support offered by the upper management. Money is their bottom line and don't care about you as a person unless you aren't making the upsale numbers they want you to make. Steer clear at all costs, there are many amazing companies out here, but this just isn't one of them.

This excessive autonomy didn't just result in limited social interaction but bordered on professional abuse, stifling the potential for collective problem-solving and creating a workplace where individual contributions were often overlooked or undervalued.
