It's exhausting to work here
|
Working here was such an exhausting and stressful experience for me. Workloads were overwhelming because of the company's mission to provide quality products. While that is indeed admirable , they strive to achieve it while ignoring the well-being of their employees. Management was incredibly incompetent as well. being more of a detriment to us than a source of support.

THe pay was pretty decent, better than competitors, but far from being worth putting up, with the stress that comes with working here .

Some advisors get treated like royalty, while others get tossed crumbs. It all depends on who the manager buddies up with, not who actually works hard. Makes you feel like you're back in high school with cliques all over again.

The demands were overbearing, I always felt terrible and frustrated about keeping up with all of it! Management doesn't realize how stressful it is for us and how awfully unreasonable they are!!

The pay is horrible for the amount of work you do and the compensation structure has not been increased for 10 years. They will just keep piling it on and taking advantage of you. If you want to work long hours, have no life and earn peanuts then apply.

Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The company mission and said core values for human dignity, integrity & respect are a complete contradiction to how I was treated here. HR was not supportive, extremely unprofessional and micromanaged every situation inefficiently without properly investigating issues. They need to read the employee handbook, educate themselves on management training manuals, company policies/procedures and understand state laws before making horrible, difficult decisions.

Incompetent Finance managers constantly blaming employees about work they fail to lead or train with. If you want a stressful job, overwork, no growth, no raises, no bonuses and want to feel undervalued Brunello is the place for you. The turnover at Brunello is ridiculous no one stays over a year there and you will find out why. Stay away from this company at all cost. Out of 5 stars only 1-2% employees will recommend working there that’s says a lot of the company and it’s values.
