|
Very hostile work environment. The work environment is toxic, filled with ingratitude, and masked smiles turn into behind-the-back gossip. Job contentment remains elusive, as complaints persist even in the face of exemplary performance. Certain colleagues are openly disrespectful or condescending, and rules seem to have shades of gray with inconsistent enforcement. The culture is tainted by nepotism and blatant favoritism.

Microaggressions and passive-aggressive behavior from management down to sales teams. Horrible work culture, everyone’s ungrateful and loves to gossip about colleagues after smiling in your face. Never satisfied and will constantly find something to complain about no matter how well you do your job. Some employees are outright disrespectful or condescending …lots of grey area and rules don’t seem to apply to everyone. Nepotistic and favoritism in their culture. Horrible treatment of employees.
