Very pleasant and friendly in person.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy but pleasant as long as you are doing normal everyday tasks. If you need help or have questions you are pretty much on your own and expected to know all without training.

Everything is about tonnage here.. they say safety in number 1, but that's not true. Safety only matters when someone gets hurt. There is a lot of drama working here. Hard to get a hold of the HR department here.

Managment does not care about employees. Just their bonus and incentives. They don't care about the worker; we can get more of them. The maintenance department is the worse. Backstabbing and tattle tell every day of the week. it's like working with 5-year-olds.
