Good money but not fair

All about seniority. If you are new you cannot compete with old sale employees. Requirements for old and new employees the same. No proper training no support from management. Money is good though while you work. High turnover. Employment doesn’t last long unless you are senior client advisor.

The place is bad. Team doesn’t help each other. No one can explain anything. Figure it out. Instead learn by yourself. No training no explanation. Very high goals and unrealistic. Senior sale person steels clients from new sales people. Always some manipulations with sales. Store manager involved in this manipulations.
Happy I left this company. Never again!

Everyday was stressful. No explanation, manager was quick to point on my mistakes and never explained and helped me. It was always my fault.

How to deal with different customers. And a lot about shoes and leather. Thanks to Google, not management.

Very poor. No support, always somewhere but the store. Doesn’t like to be bothered.

Toxic place. Everybody puts everybody down, client advisors steel sales and clients from each other. No trust. Always worried.
- the hardest part of the job.
To keep up after senior client advisor. If your sales were less than you felt below, few times in a row, and you have a write up. It was impossible and nobody could it. Manager never helped.
