Extremely high staff turnover where I worked and incredibly busy on weekends. Often short staffed due to members leaving shortly after they start - causing more stress within existing employees. Overall enjoyed the job, though it can be very stressful at times. Good friendships between workers and often organise activities outside of work. Management is questionable with a lot of them treating part timers and customers with little respect. Hard to get holidays / days off even in advance. Pay is good though and the discount across INDITEX stores is a great benefit. If you love fast paced never ending tasks then this is your place. I had clothes coming out of my ears. It’s never ending. People are constantly trying on things and you have to constantly put those things back. It’s never ending. Management needs to figure themselves out, they contradict each other way too much and want to act like the head honcho even if their just a floor supervisor. It’s a constancy conflict between them. Not to mention they’ll cut your hours if you don’t fit their agenda or if the traffic is slow. The only thing that kept me there for so long was the other employees. A majority of the staff is in a bad mood most of the time. Be prepared to be yelled at by multiple customers and sometimes the manager won't have your back bc in their eyes, customer is always right even when they use profanity and scream in your face. Your schedule will be unreasonable, a lot of mid day shifts. The managers don't have time to hear you out, sometimes they don't even acknowledge you until closing time. High turn over rate! You can request off a month in advance and they still schedule you anyway and call you on your off days. Very understaffed.
