<p><strong>Summary</strong></p>
<p>As a leading Cannabis grower, MedMen operates controlled environment growing facilities in multiple locations. The Sr Director of Cultivation is responsible for leading our cultivation programs, strategies, and innovations to ensure industry leading production standards and best practices in cannabis growing. This position will lead the work of Agronomists and Plant Health Management, while being a resource to Cultivation Managers to ensure consistent growing methods and crop yields across the country. The areas of key responsibilities for this role are very broad and thus require thorough knowledge of various horticultural science and management related disciplines, leadership skills and business processes.</p>

<p><strong>Summary</strong></p>
<p>Manufacturing Wash &amp; Sanitizing Technician is responsible for washing/cleaning/sanitizing/drying all equipment, machine parts, cooking, baking, mixing utensils, and tools used in the production and manufacturing areas including pumps, pipes, hoses and change parts. This position will be responsible for following Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP). The Manufacturing Wash &amp; Sanitizing Technician will be required to perform cleaning to keep production on schedule, inspect equipment for release, complete all required documentation, maintain inventory of sanitation supplies, and participate in monthly QA audits of the facility.</p>

<li>Wash out, clean, sanitize and dry production equipment, lines, fillers and pumps, hoses, pipes, change parts, machine parts, cooking, baking, mixing utensils, tools, and equipment.</li>
<li>Maintain clean storage area. Clean and Sanitize portable, storage and process equipment in accordance with regulatory / compliance guidelines. </li>
<li>Maintain segregated work areas between clean and dirty equipment.</li>
<li>Clearly log and label clean and dirty equipment including date.</li>
<li>Make sure that all GMP and SOP paper work is filled out neatly and correctly at all times during the wash out, sanitizing, and dry process.</li>
<li>Maintain all necessary records and documentation accurately in accordance with current company, regulatory and compliance guidelines.</li>
<li>Monitor, track and ensure the inventory maintenance of all Wash Room equipment, PPE and supplies.</li>
<li>Inspects the complete work area and ensures that area is free from anything that can cause contamination or obstruction to the production equipment.</li>
<li>Mop up spills, leaks and making sure safety signs are in place to caution employees on wet floors, oily surfaces and other occupational hazards</li>
<li>Must understand and consistently adhere to GMP, SOP, GAP and safety procedures at all times</li>
<li>Participate, as required, in all required training sessions including all plant and company related.</li>
<li>Clean &amp; sanitize plant common spaces including floors, walls, ceilings, hallways between and connecting rooms.</li>
<li>Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times as this position may be exposed to splash hazards, high temperatures and chemicals. </li>
<li>Complete required and scheduled cleanings associated with Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS).</li>

<p>Working in collaboration with the Director of Quality Assurance, and the Director – West Coast Operations, the QA Manager - Mustang will assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of quality standards, policies, procedures and programs to ensure safe and compliant conditions for the manufacture, cultivation and packaging of cannabis and cannabis containing products at the Mustang, Nevada location.</p>
<p>This role includes responsibility for quality and product safety for vertically integrated processes, including cultivation, extraction, analytics, manufacture, packaging and customer/consumer satisfaction.</p>
<p>The QA Manager - Mustang is responsible for assuring compliance with 3<sup>rd</sup> party requirements (including state and/or federal). Potential audit examples: FDA or other Regulatory agencies, food safety related such as HACCP, or GFSI (cGMP); Kosher compliance, and/or ISO audits for quality management, testing and calibration, or environmental compliance</p>

<li>Manage the Mustang Quality Assurance department and personnel. Support all plant Quality related activities, including serving as the primary facility resource for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement. Overall responsibility for facility sanitation. </li>
<li>Ensure all cannabis and cannabis containing products produced at the facility are properly tested in accordance with company procedures and guidelines, at appropriate frequencies, and meet specifications prior to release. Ensure testing data is appropriately recorded and maintained.</li>
<li>Ensure that non-conforming product is isolated and dispositioned appropriately. As required, perform root cause analysis, take preventive action and/or corrective action, and document appropriately.</li>
<li>Monitor and/or verify incoming product meets quality standards. Interface with suppliers as needed to ensure product compliance. Ensure all non-conforming product or components is/are isolated and dispositioned appropriately.</li>
<li>Develop and provide training for product quality and product safety requirements throughout the facility, including internal specifications and documents, HACCP, SSOP, cGMP, GFSI, FSMA, Kosher, etc. </li>
<li>Ensure the facility follows applicable Quality Management System directives. Develop and maintain documentation such as SOP’s, manuals, policies and procedures, work instructions, etc.</li>
<li>Support applicable ISO 17025 (Testing and Calibration) directives. Ensure all equipment used is calibrated appropriately and current on all preventative maintenance. </li>
<li>Ensure employees receive appropriate quality and product safety job specific training. Maintain records of employee training and qualifications.</li>
<li>Assist in aligning the company all state, federal and 3<sup>rd</sup> party requirements. Conduct internal audits to ensure readiness and host audits from external auditors and regulatory personnel.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance to cannabis waste disposal requirements.</li>
<li>Maintain Finished Product specifications and labels (nutritional, labeling, shelf life, etc.) and ensure compliance.</li>
<li>Partner in the development and conduct quality planning method testing for all product lines. Design, implement and document procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection. </li>
<li>Responsible for all facility quality related Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting and performance. Establish and implement Process Indicators (PI) and metrics (process capability, control charts, measurement quality) for monitoring system effectiveness. Establish collection and analysis systems of statistical data to predict trends that will affect and/or product quality. Report quality issues, trends and losses to management in a timely manner.</li>

<p>MedMen is looking for an entry-level Analyst of Business Intelligence to work under the Director of Business Intelligence on the design and execution of our Business Intelligence product. A successful candidate in this space will have the ability to effectively problem solve, move quickly, think critically and have a background in statistics, analytics or business intelligence application. The work will focus on delivering insights and analysis to drive decision making for specific Business Unit domains such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, Business Development, Finance &amp; Planning, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Field Ops, Product Development, and Digital Platforms &amp; Customer Experience. <li>Ability to quickly understand which data is used by which business processes and what the data means in the context of these specific processes</li>
<li>Experience in visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau as well as temporary hacks in Excel.</li>
<li>Experience successfully implementing BI, Statistics, Research and/or Advanced Analytics Solutions</li>
<li>Familiarity with upstream data producers such ETL, data architecture and instrumentation</li>
<li>Some experience with analytics and data tools (R, SQL, Python, SAS, MatLab, SPSS etc.).</li>
<li>Some experience in analytics across merchandising, retail marketing, digital media and consumer trends is a plus</li>
<li>Previous experience working at a Startup and/or Ecommerce business is a plus</li>
<li>Ability to think and pivot quickly, a strong ability to deal with ambiguity</li>
