Initial Expectations vs. Reality:
I joined as a Solutions Sales Specialist, excited to jump into sales and make an impact. But things turned out differently than I expected. My manager, while competent, wasn't from a sales background. This left me without the sales guidance I was hoping for.
Training and Support:
The onboarding was pretty basic and didn't really cover how our company uniquely supported our clients. This lack of detailed training left me a bit in the dark, especially when I needed to explain our strengths to potential clients.
Job Stability and Organizational Patterns:
I was only there for six months before my role was cut, which was a letdown. Turns out, I wasn't the first to experience this – it seems like a repeating issue that hasn't been dealt with yet.
Company Culture and Management:
Despite the hype, the company culture felt unstable, largely due to high turnover, especially among senior management. It seemed like the U.S. operations were struggling, and the approach was just to bring in more people, hoping for a change in fortunes.
Communication and Integration Issues:
Communication was a major issue – asking a question often led to mixed responses or no response at all. The reality of working here was a far cry from what was pitched during recruitment. The company felt like a mix of different entities thrown together without much cohesion, affecting both employee morale and customer satisfaction.
Personal Reflection and Conclusion:
The place has potential, but it needs a serious rethink about its direction and how to truly build a supportive culture. While it wasn't all bad, my experience was more chaotic than I'd prefer for my next job adventure.

Working here a learned a great deal about the D365 consulting business which I really appreciated. It was fully remote which was a big plus for me.

This is the Worst Company, absolute chaos and bad people.

The company has no direction. The recruiters sell you a lie! Then you realize 3 months into the job that the CEO is clueless, no experience at all. He is a salesman not a leader. There are 3-4 companies that were acquired mashed up to make a mess. No one gets along, customers are never satisfied, and it gets worse. There should be a warning label on the internet. Stay Away!. If you ask a question you'll either get ignored, never get an answer, or be given 20 different answers. Nothing gets done. It makes you go crazy. No culture if there is one it is toxic and will kill you. Customers do not pay, people leave, people get fired, and it sounds like this has been going on for a long time. Wow. There is not one good thing anyone would say about Columbus.
