De organisatie is heel mensgericht en vindt onderlinge verbinding en interactie tussen de werknemers heel belangrijk. Hier worden echt alle mogelijkheden en omstandigheden om dit realiseren, gecreëerd. Er worden een aantal keren per jaar bijeenkomsten georganiseerd om iedereen bij te praten over ontwikkelingen. Of workshops waar researchers iets vertellen over een bepaald aspect van hun vakgebied. Een vrijdagmiddagborrel om gezellig met collega's te praten. Ook het management doet er alles aan om toegankelijk te blijven en schuiven regelmatig aan bij mensen tijdens de lunch. Genmab heeft de gewoonte dat je met de lunch gewoon aansluit bij een tafel. Je krijgt ook de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen Ik heb Genmab als zeer plezierig ervaren en kan hen echt aanbevelen.
