What is the best part of working at the company?
My manager was horrible. I went to HR. He said I now had a bulls eye on my back and did everything he could to get ride of me.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
My manager was not supportive at all.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
No support. Especially during Covid when we were all trying to figure out what to do.

Very, very poor management, from the top down.

Certain nationwide areas seem to cultivate a toxic work environment. Post 2020, the amount of online & field work balance is unrealistic for success

Email, training assignments prior to every work day, before being able to take to the field to work actual workload.
