This company has issues in its organization, projects and other important assignments were rarely given adequate time or the necessary level of oversight. Employee training more or less boiled down to throwing them into the work and hoping it sticks.
That being said, this company is a useful entry point into tech, and can provide necessary experience for working in the industry for people just starting out.
