They have great in depth trainings to keep you up to date with product. The raises are minimal- I got 16 cent raise after a year. The anniversary gift was great! Location- decent and had good foot traffic for customers! Typical corporate mentality, never felt truly appreciated there, had to work continually with computer/equipment malfunctions, outages, etc. No raise for 3 years. You get to learn a lot about different lenses and frames. There is not much time for training. Hardest part of job is trying to work with the in-store technology. It is extremely slow and glitches frequently. No one at a higher level is held accountable for this. They want every single KPI to be above benchmark and put a lot of pressure if not meeting the goals. Workculture has become pretty cut throat since the new CEO took charge. There is tracking in place for everything. Going to work was a lot more fun pre pandemic. The best part is you end up meeting some cool people at work. Stipendio ok, stress enorme. Managers get on you to get training done so it looks good on the training saturation numbers for their boss.
