Good for money - Bad for evolution

Lot of interesting projects to deliver.
IT matters so IT is well served and technology always ahead of the the market.
Good autonomy given to the staff and home office is authorised.
Management is changing at top level, but never change at middle management, which brings to lock the possible evolutions if you don't enter at right level.
But global package is good due to all side benefits.
