While there were aspects of the company that had potential, certain systemic issues hindered the overall experience. One notable concern was the company's approach to acknowledging differences in the cost of living across various locations in the US. It seemed that there was a lack of awareness or consideration for the disparities in expenses, which impacted employees' financial well-being in different regions. Additionally, there was a tendency to set goals that, while ambitious, they were unattainable within the given parameters. This occasionally led to a sense of pressure and frustration among the team, as we strived to meet objectives that may not have been realistically achievable. All the while having inadequate management, at all levels, and Human Resources support to collaborate with. Furthermore, the organizational culture felt impersonal from the interview process, through on boarding and while fully engaged in the work put in to providing service to fix the already existing discontent with the client base who have struggled to work with the management teams in a cohesive way for years. The leaders at guided by share holders who have a heavy emphasis on metrics and data rather than fostering genuine human connections and I was witness to this on several occasions. This mentality leaves employees feeling undervalued and disconnected from the broader mission of the company. In conclusion, while there were aspects of Kering that showed promise, there were also areas for improvement. You learn a lot from the different brands you handle calls for. The discount was great, great benefits. No ability for growth in my opinion. Feels like you get stuck at the same position, doing the same thing and stuck in the same shift. Not a great work-life balance. Handled about 6 brands and wasn’t compensated enough for it. Bonus structure was bad. Sales goal would be unattainable at times. Management is too reliant on numbers and not the actual staff. Try to implement things that don’t work. Promote mediocrity instead of the hard workers with multiple years under their belt working in luxury. Try to fix things that aren’t broken. Overworked staff with low coverage and inability to add more people. Aftersales process is horrible and very meticulous. A lot of the departments aren’t in sync with one another. Ambiente bello, moderno, sereno e tranquillo. Il lavoro era molto bello, non faticoso. Peccato che se non hai le giuste conoscenze all'interno non vai avanti, purtroppo ho fatto solo un' anno e all'ultimo rinnovo non c'è stata la proroga.
