If you have no knowledge or stucked in your life, TP is an angel, would provide bread & butter and a good hike.

Worst management, no flexibility, suffocating work environment, no goodies, no appraisal, can't complain management otherwise you would become their target, doesn't see you as human, no appreciation, provide you stupid courses that never helped to grow knowledge. They does not respond to background verification calls due to that many lost their new job.
