Δυστυχώς και εκεί επικρατεί ο νόμος της ρουφιανιας και της διπροσωπιας. Καμία συνεννόηση 100 προϊστάμενοι κανένας να απευθυνθείς ,αλλοι βολταραν εκτος εταιρείας και οι ίδιοι ρουφιανευαν άλλους υπαλλήλους για λάθη και διάφορα θέματα της δουλειάς , φυσικά καλυπτοντας την κλίκα τους. Το πιο ανήθικο απολα ήταν οτι δεν ανανέωσαν άτομα και οι υπόλοιποι πήραν αύξηση γελώντας οτι έφυγε ένας. Το χειρότερο είναι οτι όλοι αυτοί δουλεύουν με 6 μηνες και 12 μήνες συμβάσεις χωρις δικαιώματα. Επίσης άλλα ενημερώνουν στην συνέντευξη, άλλα προκύπτουν μετά.Κρίμα που ακόμα υπάρχουν τέτοιοι άνθρωποι . Καμία προοπτική εκτός αν είσαι ρουφιάνος . Μόνιμος δεν γίνεσαι ποτέ

Teleperformance tiene fama de mal lugar y honestamente, me parece tenaz tener jefes tan descarados que te exijan cosas que se salen de tu mano,no se si debo bajarme los pantalones cuando hago mi trabajo pero los clientes no dejan las encuesta y la persona que es mi jefe dice cosas como que no lo va a tolerar. Comparas la experiencia de una persona con cero experiencia a la de alguien que tiene más 6 o 8 meses no es lo mismo. Además la jefe que tenia tenía un discurso muy ambivalente tirando a unas actitudes molestas a nadie le gusta que les hablen mal y esa actitud de enojarse con alguien frente a aspectos que se pueden abordar de otra manera no me parecen.
