Telefónica Germany is a great company to get your career going. There are a lot of options to get to know different tasks and departments and networking gets super easy. Your ideas are always heard and you are expected to grow.
|
The company is sadly severly understaffed which leads to an atmosphere of angry and stressed colleages. Even the nicest experiences like team-building events tend to get a bit uncomfortable with the opinions that are shared. On top of that, ideas are always heard but not necessarily supported.

- Mit erster Lohnlinie Bezahlung akzeptabel - Nettes kollegiales Umfeld - Auf das Wohlbefinden der Mitarbeiter wird großen Wert gelegt - Gute Work/Life Balance - Vorbildliches Verhalten während der Covid-Pandemie
|
- Mit zweiter Lohnlinie (alle Neueinstellungen) Bezahlung auf niedrigem Niveau - Wenn man in erster Lohnlinie ist, nahezu keine Gehaltsentwicklungen möglich (auch nicht inflationsbedingt). Ausnahme: Innerhalb von 6 Jahren 2x eine 3-stellige Einmalzahlung sowie nach 6 Jahren €100 Brutto / Monat mehr Gehalt - Sonstige Gehaltssteigerungen nur durch Positionswechsel innerhalb der TGCS möglich - Mangels flacher Hierarchien und als reine Servicegesellschaft eingeschränktes Entwicklungsniveau - Schulungen nur intern, kaum externe Zertifizierungsmöglichkeiten
