Poor management
|
Little chance of advancement. Not the best work environment. No access to training. The robotics were interesting but very little actual hands-on. Solid maintenance staff.

Alot of work and arrogant feelings

You start out shaky at best them your egotistical supervisor with mood swings start not talking to the employees and ranting about things he never told you about and your left confused about what you did what he's doing and what you need to learn about how to do better

Amazing people in warehouse, but management are only number focused.
|
People in the warehouse are who you spend most of your time with. They have the same mentality as you and they will make sure you enjoy it. Management and office staff think they are better than you. You work just above the threshold for minimum wage and they will take every moment to talk down to you. They will be relentless no matter what you go through. I was once forced to work a machine I wasn't trained at. When I was scared I approached my line manager to explain how I didn't feel comfortable, he screamed at me, because all he cared about were results.

Reviews take too long to come back and you wait for very low pay raises that are usually cents. Good employees are overworked. Management does not know how to help or improve production

Very good place to work. Culture has changed and is good. I would recommend. Automotive place and you will learn a lot from the Germans. The diversity is also good.
